1、 In general, it is not possible to make the plastic die with the plastic die, because the heat energy of the die can not be absorbed in the front of the die;

3、 The die matching is better than the general plastic mold (because bakelite is easy to Burr), and then open the exhaust groove on the matching parting surface (it is not allowed to open the exhaust groove on the side of the insert like the plastic mold), that is, the edge of the pressing cavity is about 0.04 deep and 2.0 wide, and then the groove edge grinding is about 0.15 deep and 3-5 wide Mold exterior and all to be well polished. The reason is that the exhaust groove of the bakelite mold is actually equivalent to the overflow groove of the die-casting mold, and the exhaust groove must be fed. Therefore, the purpose is to automatically bring out the overflow in the exhaust groove for each beer product, so as to facilitate the production of the next beer;
4、 As far as possible, large R-angle transition should be used in the cavity and the molding part of the insert (reducing the internal stress of the product and enhancing the local strength of the mold);
5、 The heating pipe or other heating devices should be evenly arranged in the mold as much as possible, and it is better to keep more direct contact with the mold surface. Pay attention to avoid the holes on the mold and try to be close to the glue position. At the same time, the minimum distance between the most edge of the heating body and the nearest glue position should not be less than 20 mm. The temperature measuring part of thermocouple (temperature sensing line, temperature probe) should be more than 20 mm away from the heating device, and it should be more than 20 mm deep into the mold from the mold surface, and keep a distance of about 15 mm from the glue position.
6、 The bigger the nozzle is, the better. The angle of the sprue is 3-4 degrees. The runner should be polished and the gate should be divided (tungsten steel or SKH51), There should be more exhaust grooves, and the straight ones should not surround the product, which is not easy to clean. The normal burr of 0.1 is reasonable. The internal parts of the mold should be polished (otherwise, it is easy to stick to the mold and burr, and it is not resistant to erosion). The ejector pin should be large, and it is not allowed to open an exhaust groove on it, so it is easy to get stuck. Generally, the plastic mold will avoid void in the four corners of the mold. It is suggested that the bakelite mold should not avoid the void (under the action of the heating rod, it is not good to leave any impurities in the void, especially the material is powder). The material should be stainless steel, and the special beer machine should be used in production.
